SKILLS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
I have over 12 years of composite fabrication experience
including major structural repair, molds, parts fabrication
using carbon, fiberglass, kevlar and other materials. Developed
plugs for mold construction, lay-up molds from carbon and epoxy
resin for aircraft parts. Lay-up parts from epoxy pre-preg and
wet lay-ups using carbon, fiberglass, kevlar and other
materials. Vacuum bagged parts for room temp and oven cure.
Trimmed and fit parts for bonding with aerospace adhesives.
Created bodywork parts with polyester fillers and painted all
parts to specifications. Skilled in working with bondo,
bodywork and painting.

Military Defense Contract: Created leading-edge protective
boots for the AH-64 Apache, Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk and the
Boeing CH-47 Chinook helicopters. Also applied protective
coating to CH-47 Chinook side "bubble windows". Tooling, carbon
pre-preg, fiberglass OML / Scrim / IML, oven curing, and
polyurethane injection.
Universal Studios - "Flight of the Phoenix" Remake Movie: layed-
up all composite pre-preg carbon fiber for a functional 1:1
scale replica of the Fairchild Provider C-119 aircraft used in
the remake Hollywood movie.
