Role

. The primary responsibilities include network planning, deployment and

optimization activities of all transmission networks for all MS

customers.

. As a IUB & D&I member I owns responsibility of deriving the solution

and implementation to optimize the congested sites for MBNL-UK

. Giving Solutions to newly congested sites to remove congestion.

. Responsible for site progress for Ethernet solution /Legacy Upgrades

and ensuring the process is managed and followed properly.

. Constantly working with other Transmission Teams within Ericsson and

other 3rd Party Vendors (BT, SIAE, VM) for progressing of site to

relieve congestion and providing an Ethernet solution

. Co-ordination with the vendors and Ericsson-UK.

. Updating Tools like ADC Build, Athena, Minerva, Cramer, Nemesis and

Circuit Manager about the progress of congested sites.

. Coordination with SWC's/ Vendors for Microwave Implementation under

MBNL, EE and H3G(3UK) project.

. Coordination with Transmission Planner for Bandwidth requirement

for up gradation of congested sites. Tools used - Cramer, Nemesis,

Circuit Manager, Athena, SAP and ADC Built.

. Coordination with SWC's/ Vendors on day of activity for

Implementation and Technical Support.

. Drive site by site reviews with media provider and update on

issues/progress.

. Update the dB daily with successful migrations and Completions.

. Schedule the sites for migration.

. Attend calls on Project progress.

. Track Microwave Implementation progress and prepare daily/weekly

reports on progress.

. Providing Solution to Customer for progression of the site.

. Permit Request for all the sites migrating from BT to VM.

. Progressing the sites for migration on to 3G/4G sent by MBNL UK for

their GSM/UMTS/4G network.

. Schedule the sites for Migration.
