Worked for First American's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations,
The service offered by providing processing and research functions on
property information and documents supporting the global mortgage industry,

Key assignments and Responsibilities:
< Examiner: First American India Pvt. Ltd., is a first party deal with
the U.S. Clients on title insurance fully on the buying and selling
the property. Worked on Title Insurance Mortgage Process with the Fast
and EWB application in the field of Word Processing, Scanning,
Proofing, Screening, Searching and Examining Process. The job involves
Researching on Refinance and Resale properties. The information
gathered on the property address, Buyer information, Seller
information, Incoming Buyer information, Vesting (finding the exact
owner of the property), Details of Loan taken on pledging the property
from the financial institutions, locating the map based on the
property information, Court case information, finding out easements,
waterways, pipe lines on the property and creating the title report
called commitment where which gives all the information's on the
property,
< Software Applications used are Fast, EWB, Data Trace, Data Tree, Court
Trax, Title Scan, Web Extender,
< Title Search Services: Providing comprehensive title reports to
facilitate real estate purchases or mortgage refinancing for bankers,
mortgage lenders, homebuilders and developers, and buyers and sellers
of residential and commercial properties. These title reports are
prepared with extensive research on the properties and their ownership
history, and are done so in accordance with the requirements and
procedures of the respective property location.
< Title Search Support Service: Title Search support service team
involves various teams, as a team member performed auxiliary services
for Title Search Teams. As this involves the back-end work that
facilitates the Title Search Teams in assembling the property report.
Such services include extracting documents, determining and plotting
the legal property, opening orders, supporting the onshore plants in
disbursing the reports, confirmation of report delivery, and
providing access for customers to view reports online.
< Support Services: Working on Imaging and Assembly Process on pulling
the relevant documents, maps through different software applications
and Product Delivering the documents on the client requests through
Email, RTM, mailing and fax.
< Quality Auditor: Worked as quality auditor in reviewing, auditing and
proofing the Title Search Team files on daily basis both on Internal
error and External errors, capturing the errors through a standard
review of the file and reporting the errors through the software
application called QMS and update the report to both Onshore and
Offshore Production Units.
< Special Project: Worked with different Projects with different
Process with Invoice, Policy creation, Data entry, Premium
verifications, Order creation, Documents uploading, proofreading, and
address book creation, Updating the Procedure Manual, Communicating
with Client through Conference Calls, E-mail and IM Chat, Maintenance
of Reports through Excel, ie., Daily Production Reports, Incentive
Reports, Man Hours, Billing etc., and sending the Reports to the
concern Departments.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
< Updating and maintaining the staff order counts on monthly basis in
PMP tracker for incentive process.
< Preparing billing reports Hot Seat Attendance (Local office and
internal management).

< Preparing daily production reports to (Local office and internal
management).
< Attending the call on the quality with OSPC (offshore production
coordinators) weekly basis.

< Preparing the TAT (Turn Around Time) report for achieving the target

< Updating the procedure manuals on priority when there is any
amendments are done to the procedures.
< Preparing the quality report on weekly basis and circulating it to
entire teams through which the team will have the update on the

< Setting up the quality goals for the entire teams for every quarter.
< Auditing the files for entire teams based on the random sampling
report which predicts the average files which needs to be audited on
the daily basis for the teams.
< Updating my team on any amendments done to the procedure manuals.
< Preparing and updating the checklist for my team which will be used by
staff for auditing the orders.
< Conducting the regular meetings with the teams and briefing them on
the quality goals and procedural updates.
< The files which are audited in case of errors found it will be posted
in QMS from auditors, once it is posted in QMS the production teams
will review the errors and give their feedbacks whether the error is
accepted or not accepted.
< Pulling the report from the QMS on weekly basis and preparing the TQM
report which will be circulated to all the OSPC's of teams for
reviewing.
< Setting up the calls with the OSPC's on the errors which has been
changed to feedback in QMS reported by the auditing team and
rectifying it on priority.
< Auditing the files for BLR and ADEC (Philippines).
< Monitor shift roaster, staff rotation across shifts on monthly and
weekly basis as per production requirement.
< Interact with other departments like HR, IT, Admin and Transport to
resolve issues (Leaves, salary, employees grievance and transport
related). If unresolved the same will be escalated to respective
manager.
< Nominating the staff in the team for KVT (Knowledge verification test)
for enhancing the knowledge on the process they are working it.
< Providing all the internal training for staff and new hires on
periodically and effectively.
< Preparing weekly and monthly Quality and Quantity report.
