Accomplishments
When I first came into my store the logistics process was red. Everything from trailer unloads, team member
placement, & backroom/replenishment was red and almost the lowest score in the district. I started off by
taking one problem at a time and addressing the issue at hand whether that be performance management or
really just right person wrong place. I have had replenishment scores go into the green and also backroom
location accuracy and CAF pull timeliness. I have received top performer 4 times which represent the time
span of a quarter.
Private Investigator
Ryan & Ryan Legal Investigations LLC - Denver, CO - February 2009 to August 2011
Responsibilities
Served subpeonas, surviellances, called attorneys with information on currect case, testified in court, wrote
and delivered statements regarding the current case
Accomplishments
I had to work with new attorney's almost every day; in doing that I found it was a great way to reach out to other
attorney's and bring more clients in. I also created buisness cards along with bits and pieces of the website
to help marketing.
Skills Used
I had to be very in tune with my people skills. Communication was key and understanding how important it
was to make sure every detail in every report I wrote was perfect. My attention to detail was very important
when I had to do surviellances. I also had to be resourceful when it came to whoever I had to watch or serve
just getting their whereabouts and location and where they will be in the near future.
