funded spin-off between Philips of North America and AMS LLC during
the 3+ months' process

. Successfully redesigned and implemented HR practices for a 50 employee
company: performance evaluation management procedures and standards
(strategies, cycles, management/employee feedback forms, hiring

research, analysis, and adjustments)

. Managed Japan employment issues for several employees from Philips to
