ABIULITIES.
I am able to schedule and plan very complex projects with many moving parts and strict overlapping deadlines. I use
many techniques and methods along with advanced technology and a unique perspective to find and implement the
easiest and most cost effective methods. Knowledgeable in many modern erection methods, Techniques, Materials
and safety standards. Such as process piping, conveyor operations and installation, modular construction, prefab
buildings planning staging and erection, machinery repair and set up, tilt up construction. Heavy and light rigging and
lifting, pre assembling and modular construction to maximize efficiency and shorten the time $pent on rental equipment.
Teaching and training by example with positive reinforcement.
I am very capable and confident in almost any construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments. From rough
draft on scratch paper to completed product. There are no limits to my ability to successfully improve the way products
are manufactured, delivered, assembled, inspected and sold. A schedule is not meant to be kept it should always be
used as a point of reference to determine potential failure. I believe if you do not know what you will be doing tomorrow
“you are at least two days behind”.
Capable of interpreting, organizing and clarifying many different styles of plans and prints. My field drawing is very
detailed and concise, my shop drawing is great, my AutoCAD work is very good as well as all Microsoft office software
and my dimensioning and modeling are fair. I spent many years working shut downs and turn around projects
fabricating, correcting poor construction, and bringing jobs back up to schedule and quality standards by recruiting
hotshot night shift crews and training existing crews to improve both the order and the methods they work by. I have
spent many years in the construction industry. I have worked dozens of different projects
I can fabricate pipe, plate, shapes and machinery to a very high level of quality, holding close tolerances and strict
deadlines.
My cutting, welding and fitting skills are well honed from a diverse employment history.
I start each work day the intension of earning my pay. I give a good days work for a good days pay!
I am most comfortable running a small crew from 5 hands to 5 foreman’s with 50 hands, but I am capable of working
way outside of my comfort zone I have succeeded in many industries from Demolition to transport, repair and new
construction. I believe I most useful as an hourly supervisor and planner but I enjoy using my tools as well
I perform best under pressure and tight deadlines.
