SOLID STATE STARTER WITH SINGLE PHASE PREVENTER FOR THREE PHASE INDUCTION

Abstract: Solid State relays is used to prevent the high starting current.

The high starting current is a disadvantage in direct online starting

method, which leads to 9 to 10 times higher than the rated current exist.

Here the solid state relay is integrated with the Embedded systems include

PIC microcontroller, (RTC) Realm Time Clock, Relay driver, Keypad, Display

to drive the solid state relay automatically. This method can reduce the

high starting current, unnecessary high stress on couplings and the manual

risk in industries.
