CCK/Colasanti Construction Services, Orlando, FL Sr. Project Manager 2011

to Present

Downtown Disney Parking Garage, Orlando, FL

$45 million parking deck located at Walt Disney World in the Downtown Disney shopping district. The project is a 1,200,000 sq. ft. concrete cast in

place, post tension with 5 elevated floor decks holding 2000 cars. Responsible for over 250 workers during the construction of the deck with an

accelerated schedule working two shifts 6 days a week. We average 40,000 sq. ft. of formed and placed concrete elevated deck per week.

U.S. Customs Cargo Facility Smith Detection Building, Detroit, MI

$ 6 million Project is an x-ray detection facility located next the Ambassador Bridge crossing between U.S. and Canada. The building is constructed

with concrete walls, floor, ceiling and 10 ton steel crash doors. The purpose the building is to detect contraband in semi trucks and trailer coming

across the border. One of the project requirements was a complete U.S. Federal background check to supervise the construction of the project.

Compuware Building, Detroit, MI

$2 million, 20,000 sf. Platt Moran office renovation, the project was completed on schedule with zero safety incidents and on budget during a night

shift construction operation in sky scraper in Downtown Detroit, which was fully occupied.

JM Olson Corporation, St. Clair, MI Project Superintendent 1998

to 2011

Fairlane Green Retail Center, Phases I and II, Dearborn, MI

$100 million retail center located on a 243 acre site of a previous landfill. This project is the nation’s largest retail project located on a brownfield site and incorporates

some of the most advanced environmentally conscious technology. Geofoam blocks for subgrade stabilization, installation of gas management

systems and construction of utility intrusion trenches for the installation of storm, sanitary and water underground piping. 750,000 cubic yards of on-

site and imported fill were used to surcharge the existing landfill surface. HDPE liner was used for detention basins, utility trenches and under the

building concrete for gas collection and monitoring system. The retail center is a LEED GOLD certified project.

US Citizenship and Immigration, Detroit, MI

$17 million, 5200 sf. structural steel building with a 260 car precast concrete parking deck, slab on grade, foundations resting on 100 caissons at an

average depth of 120 feet, masonry with aluminum panels, building management for boilers and HVAC. A Gold LEED certified project.

GM Global Headquarters Icon Installation, Detroit, MI

$4.7 million, project which entailed the installation of thee GM logos on the top of the General Motors Headquarters located on the 73 rd and 74th

floors. 16 helicopter lifts were scheduled to lift all building materials needed to erect a unique cantilever scaffold system designed, tested and

certified for the installation for three GM icons and the replacement of the exterior glass from the 71 st to the 74th floor. A new parapet was erected for

safety on the roof and new window washing equipment was installed on the building.

EDS River East Center, Detroit, MI

$20 million, 400,000 sf. 19 floor office renovation, working closely with Hines General Motors Construction Manager, the project team successfully

relocated EDS ahead of schedule with the budget requirements. A total demo and new interior construction for all floors was completed.

Courtyard by Marriott, Detroit, MI

$9.2 million, 260,000 sf. renovated 268 guest rooms over 21 floors, health club, dining rooms, hotel lobby and kitchen. All work completed while

hotel was fully occupied.

University of Michigan, S.T. Dana Building, Ann Arbor, MI

$17 million, renovation of a five story building on central campus completed in two phases while building was fully occupied by students and staff.

Regency at Waterford, Waterford, MI

$6 million, 63,000 sf. 120 bed skilled nursing facility on 7 acres, encountered poor soil conditions, 22% moister content, used lime stabilization

during the earthwork stage to continue installation of the project foundations which was performed in early spring.

Fairlane Green Outlots U & V, Allen Park, MI

$3.5 million, 24,000 sf. Of various restaurant and retail outlots located within the Fairlane Green Retail center.

Best Buy Retail Store, Allen Park, MI

$4 million, 46,000 sf. electronics and appliance retail store with concrete precast exterior walls, structural steel and many green design materials

used, such as HVAC system, EPDM roofing, building management system connected to main headquarters. A LEED Certified project.

Coach Insignia Restaurant, Detroit, MI

$4.5 million, located on the 72nd and 72rd floors of the Renaissance Center, demolition of existing restaurant and constructed a new restaurant by

using the freight elevator for the entire project, including structural steel and slab on grade concrete. Constructed a new 10,000 sf .prep kitchen on

lower floor to allow more ambiance and a 360 degree of dowtown Detroit and Canada.

Ford Motor Company Electric Computer Center Building, Dearborn, MI

$8 million, replaced electrical substation and UPS battery systems for Ford’s worldwide data and information processing center.

GM Legal, Detroit, MI

$3.9 million, 92,000 sf. tenant improvement projects for the GM Legal Department. This project included the total renovation of an existing area.

Skanska Construction Company, Parsippany, NJ Project Superintendent 1997 to

1998

Great Lakes Crossing Mall, Auburn Hills, MI

$200 million 1.7 million sf. structural steel building, slab on grade, exterior metal studs and E.F.I.S. system on exterior walls. 2.4 million cu. Yards

of earth was removed and miles of underground utility, new electrical infrastructure with new entrances and exits to major highway.

Comerica Livonia Operations Center, Livonia, MI

$32 million, 24000 sf. check processing center for banking industry multi-story building with a 450 car parking deck.

350 S. Main Ann Arbor, MI

$9 million, 200,000 sf. four story building located downtown next to existing buildings. No material storage area existed had to coordinated daily

deliveries for all building materials. Constructed underground parking facility using auger cast pilings, shoring, lagging and concrete walls.

Kajima International, Inc., Flat Rock, MI Project Superintendent 1986

to 1993

Mazda Automotive Plant, Flat Rock, MI

$280 million, 1.2 million sf. steel, precast building with stamping, body paint, trim and final assembly shops all under one roof.

Eastern Michigan University, Gary Owens College of Business, Ypsilanti, MI

$23 million, 211,200 sf. five story educational building and 400 car parking structure, both buildings were constructed with small staging areas, the

surrounding roads were the only two ways to unload materials, extensive daily planning with local officials.
