profitable, centralized service organization that Interviewed, selected and trained distributors. Serviced customers both nationally and

internationally.

1990 2005

Better Built Corporation

Owners Assistant

Better Built Corp. manufactured portable saw mills and dirt screening machines. As an assistant to the owner I implement these designs

into marketing, manufacturing and sales. The owner retired and I was instrumental in selling this company.

2006-2010

J C. Cole and Associates

Process technician

Worked with the owner of J.C.Cole and Associates processing carbon fiber blocks for the high temperature vacuum oven industries.

2011-2014

CTS corp

Process technician.

Working for the engineering department in a lean manufacturing environment, I developed and implemented the selective solder process.

This involved programing (CNC G code) all NPI’s to (IPC J-001 standards) on two (2) ACE, KISS 104 selective soldering machines, and

lean training operators. Created and maintained process documentation.

I also supervised, maintained troubleshot and fixed these and other machines.

I also profiled and developed processes on two (2) Electrovert Wave solder machines, one lead and one lead-free.

I am well versed in the use of DMM,s oscilloscopes, signal generators logic analyzers ECT.

Graduated Burlington Ma. High school in 1973.

Attended Berkley College of music one year.

Attended North Eastern University two years nights for business management.
