m inimize human touch points, reduce human error, and streamline the cycle t ime of Order

E nt ry/Service Delivery .

GCSM Projects: Order I nitiation and Management Flow Through

Order Ini tiation and Management Flow Through will automate current critical manual

p rocesses in the Service Delivery domain which will minimize manual work efforts related to OS

service requests, which are placed in GPS, but GPS is not the -target- provisioning system.
