As the leader of our team, I coped with my team members to stayed up three
times to discuss the products advertisement we made. I held meetings every
night to guarantee the quality and mastered the whole working plan;
I also assigned the tasks to my team members due to their abilities;
Through a series of revise and discussion, we finally handed out a
satisfied planning and ranking the 13th among 108 teams;
This experience cultivated me strong teamwork spirit and the ability to
perform well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances,
responsible and persistent in one matter, with passion to complete it; I
learned that how to assign tasks to the members and make the full use of
advantages.
