Job Description

In charge of vessel deck machineries, maintenance, repair, work supervision and overall condition of the

vessel’s hull and deck. In charge of promoting a safe working environment of the workplace and good

relations and harmony between all deck personnel. In charge of vessel’s supply inventory. Promoting

safety and good relations are the most important tasks to ensure a zero accident job completion. In

charge of resolving deck personnel problems and complaints regarding work and personal concerns.

Skills

Knowledge in computer hardware and software. Troubleshooting and repairs of computer breakdowns

and malfunctions. Knowledge in supply inventory. Experience in promoting good relations between

coworkers and subordinates and in building a safe, productive and happy workplace. Able to

communicate with confidence and fluently in English and Filipino language.
