installing new doors, door jambs, baseboards, installing kitchen

cabinets or fixing dry walls when in need of repair. Installing

fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms, taking care of drain pipe blockages

and all types of plumbing issues. Painting unoccupied apartments for

new tenants. Glazing for replacement windows. Changing locks in

apartments when necessary and also duplicating keys for tenants.
