Responsibities

Involved from blueprint preparation stage of the project to realization and go

live/support activities.

Configured order to cash (OTC) processes including sales order to invoice.

Customized OTC process control for Domestic sales, export sales, Sales returns,

and Scrap sales, Stock Transfer Orders, Debit & Credit Notes, and Free of charge

delivery, discounts & reports.

Customized complete pricing control.

Worked on automatic determination of shipping points, and routes.

Customized outbound delivery documents, picking and packing.

Configured credit management with automatic credit check.

Configured automatic batch determination.

Testing: Carried out unit testing, systems testing, integration testing, user

acceptance testing and regression testing.

Worked with ABAPers to generate customized reports and design forms.

Worked with developers to create user-exits in sales order creation, delivery and

billings.

Involved in creation of roles and authorization based on Segregation of duties.

Production support: Resolved tickets and worked with business users and developers

to solve the issues.

Project 2: DCM Shriram Ltd.

Responsibilities

Worked as a support consultant in production support environment for resolving the

day to day issues and new developments (if required) as per the SLA's.

Involved in configuration of additional requirement in output determination and

text determination procedures.

Worked on copy control routines for carrying out necessary data to populate from

sales document to delivery and billing.

Worked on pricing routines to meet the business requirements

Order management issues involved standard orders, contract, credit memos, debit

memos, taxation issues.

Involved in updating customer master data and condition records using BDC.

Worked on depot roll out processes with SD and MM integration

Pricing issues involved pricing procedure determination, access sequence

maintenance and condition record.

Production support: Resolved tickets and worked with business users and developers

Worked on revenue account determinations and maintaining account keys for

different condition types.
