Resume:

"To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Don Beall for several years. I have worked with Don in

developing both his sales and sales management skills as well as his

personal development skills and his skills at running a business.

Of the hundreds of companies I have worked with and the thousands of sales,

sales managers and business leaders I would certainly rate Don in the top

5%.

In addition to the skills you can read on Don's Resume what you can't read

are the more important 2 parts of a person's "Success Triangle" (Attitude

and Behaviors), in which Don scores very high."

Bernie Cronin

Bernie Cronin is an expert at sales and sales management training and

coaching for business leadership skills.

Bernie's comments above are based on his experiences working with me as

well as results from testing. Bernie actually wanted me to work for him,

which to me was the ultimate compliment.

I have always been a very goal oriented and driven person. As a teenager I

mowed as many lawns as I could in my neighborhood and eventually built a

business to the point that several friends worked for me. I had the

cartilage removed from the right side of my right knee when I was 18 and

wasn't supposed to be able to play competitive ice hockey anymore. Instead

of quitting, I worked out everyday in the training room for about an hour

before a 2-hour hockey practice and taped my knee daily in order to play

college hockey. With this hurdle to overcome I still became one of the all

time leading goal scorers at the college. New Jersey and Quebec wanted me

to play for them professionally but I knew my knee wouldn't last and opted

for the business world. The reason I mention the above is because I

brought the same determination, dedication and drive to the corporate

arena.

Although I truly believe attitude and desire are the most important

criteria for success, experience helps us get there more quickly and

navigate around potential hurdles. I have helped two software companies

grow significantly, before that I was a Director at Sprint and previously

ran a $60 million region in the leasing industry.

I am confident that I can be a strong asset for your company.

Please call anytime to discuss,

Don Beall
