WORKING HISTORY

Duties and Responsibilities

> Always be present on tool box meeting and be engaged cooperate and

understand (JHA) & STARRT Card before execution of tasks.

> Preparation of tools and materials either hot or cold process

insulation.

For Hot Acoustic Insulation

> Attach rubber band on pipes for installation of insulation materials

purposes laying of first layer, (mineral wool) in staggered position

at least 300mm then secure with filament tape. Install second layer

(mineral wool) in staggered position then secure with stainless strap

band by use of pistol grip at least 300mm distance each band.

> Installation of vinyl over second layer of insulation grip it by use

of rachet belt or lease joint must be in 3 or 9 o'clock position.

Apply adhesive (rugby) in vertical & horizontal joints secure it with

stainless strap band at least 300mm distance of each band.

For Cold Acoustic / Anti Sweat Insulation

> Attach rubber band on pipeline intended for installation of materials.

> Laying of cellular foam glass in staggered position as apply 95.50

adhesive on all joint's then secure with strap band at least 300mm

distance each bands.

> Install mineral wool in staggered position as a second layer secure

with filament tape at least 300m distance each tapes.

> Install mineral wool in staggered position as a third layer secure

with strap band at least 300m distance each bands.

> Installation of vinyl over second layer of insulation grip it by use

of rachet belt or lease joint must be in 3 or 9 o'clock position.

Apply adhesive (rugby) in vertical & horizontal joints secure it with

stainless strap band at least 300mm distance of each band.

> Installation or sticking of vapor barrier over second layer of the

foam glass, joint should be in 3 or 9 o'clock position avoid

corrugated as possible.

For Cold Insulation

> Attach rubber band on pipe line intended for installation of

insulation materials.

> Detailing measuring & laying of cellular foam glass in staggered

position as a first layer (no Adhesive) make sure that there will be

no gaps secure with filament tape at least 300mm distance each tape.

> Detailing measuring & laying of cellular foam glass in staggered

position as a second layer make sure that there will be no gaps then

apply adhesive 95.50 secure with strap band at least 300mm distance

each band.

> Installation or sticking of vapor barrier over second layer of the

foam glass, joint should be in 3 or 9 o'clock position avoid

corrugated as possible.

For Metal Jacketing

> Installation of sheet metal over insulated pipe's, detailing measuring

of metal prior to installation, the joint must be in 3 or 9 o'clock

position then secure with stainless strap band by use of pistol grip

at 200mm distance each band for aluminum while 150mm for stainless and

provided with expansion spring from 30" pipe and up size on hot while

with no expansion spring for cold.

> Detailing measuring cutting of support box either stainless or

aluminum for installation purposes.

> Installation of 450, 900 bend, lobster back, segmented elbow, saddle,

end cups and all associated sheet metal fitting's required at job

site, provided with back up strip as armor to avoid inner insulation

from damage specially on 900 elbow, supports and boxes.

> Apply silicone sealant on all joints vertical and horizontal joints as

finishing torch to prevent water penetration.

> All activities must be guided by inspector.

Duties and Responsibilities

understand (JHA) job hazard analysis and step back five. System before

starting activities.

> Installation of insulation materials and cladding for hot and cold

pipes, vessels, tank's valves and flanges. Make sure surface are clean

install vapor stop (Aluminum Foil) start installation of first layer

observe the gaps and the position of materials it should be staggered

position and no gaps fix it with filamen tape. Then install second

layer applied with adhesive in staggered position to avoid leak don't

leave any gaps then install vapor varier (TEMBUTIL) finish it with

Mylar Tape in all joints.

> After inspection is done start, install sheet metal the joint should

be in alternate position fix it with stainless strapp by using

strapping tools then finished it by applying silicon sealant.
