Communication I really enjoy working with people, I have been told by management and co-

workers, as well as other people in general that I have great people skills and make it seem as

though it is very easy to communicate with others. I have always found it pretty easy to keep

others calm and still make them feel very appreciated as well as respected, and satisfied with

how conversation went and the outcome of the conversation, no matter what the situation was.

Leadership I have been a supervisor for Target, a cell leader for Warner Linear, and a

team leader for fast food chains. I have found that others listen well when I am leading them and

seemed pretty pleased in doing so and how things were ran. I am always open for new ideas from

the group, and I find that strong team work along with a good leader is what gets the job done.
