Project Works

Major project on Buddy locater by using Google maps. It is a web Based Application

by using which one can get the exact location of specified friend and can get the total

distance between you and your friend. It uses the Google maps API to get your friend

location map. And also it provides the birthday notifications of a particular friend therefore

we can send birthday greetings by sms.

Description:-

The Purpose of this project is to provide Job portal for Job Seekers, to submit their

CV and apply for job, where Employer can select best Employees from available candidate

profile.

Each candidate will have an account with their own home page., Employers those are

willing to publish the jobs for their company to candidates, can register to the job portal and

get their own account created and can post jobs to portal's database.

Registered Employers can add or remove jobs and these jobs can be seen by various

candidates and they can contact the concern person for the job.

Role and Responsibilities:

Involved in developing web pages using JSP.

Involved in developing Struts action classes and Form Beans.

Responsible for developing business logic of java code.

Developing jsp based forms, validations using javascript.

Using Eclipse to rapidly generate JSP, Action form, Action class.
