. Obtained a vast amount of knowledge about the automotive
first tier industry. Additionally about machines,
especially stamp presses and their operations such as
blanking and embossing.
. Drafted and designed many devices to support production and
save money. The most substantial design project under my
possession, involved designing a die pusher powered by an
air to hydraulic pump. The die pusher reduced setup time
while providing safer conditions for the operator.
. Implemented lean manufacturing principles into plant.
Created and implement TPM work instructions for multiple
machines. Performed time studies and SMED to increase
productivity and decrease setup time.
. Extensively used AutoCAD, whether for quoting and
fabrication, or plant layouts for future projects.
