Assembled and managed a team to rebut and dispute investor and MI claims

for repurchase of loans previously sold to investors and aggregators. We

successfully defended 87% of all such claims using personal skills as well

as underwriters, appraisers, attorneys, and MI companies. The rest of the

cases were resolved by make whole and indemnification negotiations.

Received a $5,000 bonus for that work.

Managed resolution of all Early Payment Defaults and all Early Payoffs.

Managed resolution of all discrepancies between locked prices of loans and

Handled all insurance matters for the company (except health), including

and workers compensation. This included applications, renewals, claims,

and negotiations with agency and carriers. This also included making sure

all certificates of insurance were provided to all landlords and additional

insured.

Reviewed all lock confirmations for accuracy.

Consulted with and advised underwriting and closing regarding hazard

insurance coverage and their compliance with FNMA guidelines.

Prepare monthly end production report for Lenders One Cooperative

Review all agreements and applications for accuracy and conflicts of

interests.
