Responsible for planning and directing the installation, maintenance and repair of all plant equipment for

the Cottonton Sawmill. Duties include but are not limited to directing and scheduling of maintaining plant

and equipment for routine and emergency situations, establish preventive maintenance programs and ensure

proper implementation, and coordinating with outside contractors. Also Fire Chief for the Cottonton Sawmill

complex.

Maintenance Manager

Panasonic MBIA-SBD - Columbus, GA - April 1998 to January 2001

Position includes all daily repairs of equipment. Responsible for implementing and performing all preventive

maintenance. Duties include training employees on OSHA regulations, EPA regulations, plant policies, forklift

training and scheduling employees. Responsible for establishing preventive maintenance. Also purchased all

items needed to keep equipment in operation. Work closely with the production scheduler and production

supervisor in determining what is not working and when maintenance can be performed.

COSMYL/USA Labs, Inc - Columbus, GA - June 1993 to August 1998

Scheduled all preventitive maintenance. Established preventive maintenance program, trained employees

on Lock Out/Tag Out procedures. Ordered all materials. Managed activities of 10 staff members associated

with maintenance. Able to read ladder logic diagrams, schematics and blue prints. Performed all functions of

Maintenance.
