. Workers Participation in Management at Daya Engg. Works (P) Ltd.

(February 2011 - April 2011)

Focus of the project was to introduce workers' participation in management

of the slipper plant at a higher level than mere individual

responsibilities. It included detailed study and information about the

working and preparation of Railway slippers in the plant and to bring the

worker's feedback on quantity and quality of raw materials to the Board.

. Customer Satisfaction from the Bank Services at ICICI Bank, Gaya

(February 2010 - April 2010)

The project entailed evaluation of Customer Satisfaction Index by reaching

out to customers and understanding the service penetration level of the

bank and highlighting the customers' concerns to be resolved by the bank.
