Controller
Responsibilities include corporate and international accounting including
consolidations, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, billing,
accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and stock administration
(including 409A valuations), audit liaison, banking relations and risk
management. Position reports to CEO.
- Integrated Royalty Accounting division of Sony Music Entertainment
into company financials.
- Participated in the due diligence review of three acquisitions.
- Developed Cash forecasting model using direct method.
