• Interacting with production for deciding on the economy in printing and also with Customer Support / Marketing for

deciding the correctness of the products.

• Consulting and jointly working with customers for new projects, to act as a bridge between Customer, Marketing

Office and Factory, thus ensuring smooth implementation of projects.

• Keeping proper track of JDs activities and ensuring to send update reports regularly to concerned departments.

• Ordering Blocks (Emboss, Foil & Braille) for new jobs.

• Maintaining all back up DVD/CD and other properties of Prepress and taking regular backup for archiving.

• Keeping proper track of property dockets, inputs and other relevant information and updating the job allocation

register and WIP report.

• Liable for proper maintenance of Sample Maker, Printer, CTP, Plate Processor, etc.

• Keep proper record of Keyline outputting, consumption of Plates, Films, Chemicals, Paper, Cartridges, Printer heads

etc. and Master folders/JDOs etc.
