Lead the end to end implementation of Data Warehouse Solution to Maxcom (Bostwana) which involved – Data Analysis of the data from Probes and Switches, creation and signoff of the functional specification document, leading the implementation team (C++, Java, Oracle, .Net, Business Analysts, Documentation & Support), UAT and final acceptance. The effort involves managing stakeholders, providing status reports, tracking issues and helping the implementation team (Reviews, technical guidance and conflict resolutions).

• Real time Call Traffic Monitoring System, Wind International Services (Belgium)

Managed the maintenance and support of the Real time Call Traffic Monitoring System implementation to Wind International Services which includes – Production deployment monitoring, track and manage the issues as per SLAs, prepare roadmap for the resolution of issues & implementation of CRs (Change Requests) and estimation (LOE) of the CRs.

• Quality Of Service Monitoring System, PURA (Gambia)

- Perform gap analysis between requirements, RFCs, and available/required features and design the configuration, customizations, extensions, interfaces required to meet the requirements.

- Manage the design, development, QA, documentation and delivery as per the product roadmap plan.

This project was a R&D/Design effort, with the objective to find a high volume, high performance lookup technology. In this project the feasibility of an in memory database eXtreme DB was evaluated.

- Accomplished responsibility for evaluating the feasibility with eXtremeDB and its performance as compared to DISAM.

- Drove the efforts for creating design, developing prototype, comparing performance and recommending better technology.

- Provide technical leadership for enterprise application technology while estimating and evaluating the effort/schedules & providing training to the team on project architectures as well as on the software applications.

• DATA MINING PLATFORM (DMP), CTC COMMUNICATIONS INC., USA

The system is a server side component that enables a user to query data, which is distributed among several servers. It’ distributes the query passed by the user among servers, combines the result, and returns the combined result to the user.

• MESSAGE PROCESSING ENGINE (MPE), VIBRANT SOLUTIONS INC., USA

MPE involves creation of SS7 Stack, which processes SS7 messages and correlates them to form Call Detail Record.

• Designed the architecture of SS7 stack and distributed data mining platform.
