91730). Both Pharmacies are supervised by the same Owner and Pharmacist in Charge

( Dr.Noha Kolta). (billing, typing, filling, adjusting refills and day supply, renew prescriptions,

faxing physician authorization requests, calling physician offices, solving insurance problems,

submitting Tar’s, adjusting COB billing and solving the DUR rejection claims, clarifying orders,

printing Mars, input of information of new admitted patients including the insurance information
