Work Experience

Alico Air Conditioning / Refrigeration 2009- 2013 Administrative Clerk for family owned business.

Responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and work orders. Managed calls

and messages, timed appointments, handled customer correspondence and gave estimate quotes.

Assistant Hand - Onsite assessments as well as assistance provided in area of work. Able to determine

costs of potential parts and labour needed.

Kosho Ryu International/Ajax Kempo 2011- 2014 Administrative clerk - Responsibilities include;

scheduling, chequing/book keeping, membership acquisition and renewals, customer service, and

customer correspondence.

Junior Management/Faculty Member - Contribute to the overall management of facility and its student

body. Prepared, scheduled and conducted student body interviews, parent teacher conferences and

student enrollment applications. Fulfilled duties as assistant instructor for youth and woman courses;

responsible for 10-25 students per class.

MANDARIN Buffet 2013- 2014 Provided efficient, and friendly service while greeting, clearing, and

closing tables; on time and in a respectful manner. Responsible for general cleanliness of dining rooms,

front foyer and buffet area. Able to handle highly stressed rush hours and maintain constant flow of traffic

Swiss Chalet 2013- 2014 Provided welcoming, quick and accurate service and training, /putting together

takeout, delivery and pickup orders. Also responsible for cash, restocking, opening and closing takeout

and general cleanliness of work area and takeout station. Obtains a firm grasp on the knowledge of menu

items and optional features or promotions, while promptly informing customers and putting together

specific customer orders, paying respect to special modifications and time limits on each order.

Pita Time - 2014- July 2014 Provided company with excellent customer service and provided training of

new employees through management position held, while ensuring each individual with quality assistance

and customer relations. Able to confidently run restaurant in all areas as well as tend to and put together

customer orders while being only onsite employee. Responsible for maintenance while opening and

closing store and cash as well as bookkeeping, banking and hiring, along with my experience in serving

and preparation.

Maraschino Café – August 2014 Provide excellent customer service and prompt completion of drink,

food and coffee orders, for dine in and takeout, as well as delivery and pickup. Also responsible for

preparation of pastries and deserts for front display and takeout. Further responsibilities include: training

of new employees, maintenance of front patio, dining room, kitchen, washrooms, in house bakery and

front desk, as well as making sure that each order is completed, delivered to kitchen staff and served to

customer within specific time frame. Make as well as deliver specialty baked goods, foods and cakes.

Also responsible for taking out garbage at the end of each shift as well as restocking shelves and bakery

items.
