Trouble shooting and problem solving, machine maintenance work.

Empro – production details entry daily, Machine downtime analyzing and finding the

root cause.

Improvements in shop floor & packing area, Safety, Quality and Environmental

suggestions.

3C, 5S and Work place improve stabilization & optimation of assembly process.

Solving customer complaints by making use of problem solving techniques, Improvisation of

process measurable.

Control on Rejection PPM and Improvement on OEE, Day wish Rejection Analysis &

Corrective action taken.

Effective Utilization of resources, Implementation of POKE YOKE, Updating of 8D,

CONTROL PLAN, PFMEA.

Control on inventory at shop floor, capacity planning & review, continual improvement on

reduction of CYCLE TIME, MAN POWER, SPACE, PPM, and OEE.
