startup, funding and contract negotiations, product marketing, employee
compensation, competitive analysis, business plan, product design and

Successfully negotiated agreement with largest distributor, which generated
approximately 90 percent of Hilbert's unit sales.
Started development of alliances with other companies that had vertical
business solutions that need accounting support.
Co-designed feature set of initial product: a Windows replacement for CA-
ACCPAC BPI Accounting (a DOS accounting package for small to medium size
business, sold by Computer Associates, International). The product
provides the only simple data conversion path to a Windows accounting
product for the DOS product.
