Duties included recruiting, hiring and training new Sales Associates, creating work schedules, preparing

daily cash reports, vendor logs and bank deposits, greeting, assisting and checking out customers for

food, gas, Lotto, alcohol and cigarette purchases, preparing fresh coffee and food, ordering and

receiving inventory, stocking shelves/coolers/freezers, as well as standard indoor and outdoor cleaning

Responsibilities included: Managing the daily operation of a Business Center, including recruiting,

inform, engage and inspire the team to action, ordering supplies, order production, Direct Mail and Sign

and Graphic Production Center and Centralized Production Center order processing, working in consort

with 13 local centers; assisting the Sales Reps with price quotes and order processing of top accounts,

FedEx Express, FedEx International and FedEx Ground packing and shipping, along with mentoring

team members from surrounding centers. My center has risen in sales 7.9% over the company’s

projected plan for FY12, making my center the top Business Center (9 centers total) in the district. I

possess useful Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, FedEx shipping and other software knowledge.

Assistant Warehouse Manager

I assisted the Warehouse Manager in the daily operation of the warehouse consisting of 20 workers. My

responsibilities included: packing, shipping and receiving of company merchandise, training and

overseeing order pickers, forklift operators, order packers; forklift operation, damage control, inventory

record input, payroll, ordering packing supplies, and maintaining a safe work environment. I possess

knowledge of shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, SuperVan, Arkansas

Freightways, etc.

The former retail discount store. My duties consisted of managing a crew of 5 in unloading merchandise
