Facilities Technicians. Manage all facilities projects and tool installs.

Managed multi-million dollar facilities projects including two 900 GPM/DI
Water Systems for two plant sites. Increased water quality and complete
ted project under budget and on time with no added costs. Project
resulted in increased production time and profits for the company.
Started a re-commission of a 60,000 square foot building, returning it to
manufacturing space. Completed the scope of work, utility matrix needs and
customer manufacturing needs. Project was cancelled due to lack of
financing and change in new product development.

Managed daily activities of 30 facilities maintenance personnel and 35
janitorial personnel, waste water and DI water technicians, landscape
contractors and site services including: mail service, vending machines,
