Documentation. Checking all types of fabricated parts, being machined or cast parts. Verify all of the material used for
large and small valve manufacturing. These standards are derived from the military and ANSI standards. Material call
outs, sketches were provided by the Design Engineers for documenting and verified checked prior to sign off. Using
different raw material in designing was Stainless Steel primary, CRS, Brass, Titanium and some aluminum parts being
used. The Hand and Manifold Valves were supplied to the space program, air craft and placed into chemical plants and
oil refineries. Verify all ECN submitted for total completion of changes, updates, with BOM’s and drawings and
retrieve sign off. Using the CINCOM MRP software for BOM Generation.
Engineering Application Specialist I:
Daily review of sales orders for new custom Hand/Manifold Valves for structure.
Compares this new custom sales order with an existing or old sales order to match except for what makes this valve
different from the old valve. The differences can be the raw material used throughout the valve.
Generate new fabricated parts, new Submittal Assembly drawing for release, using AutoCad Mechanical tool.
Generation of BOM for valves using CINCOM MRP software system and getting approved by manager of product
line.
All paper work are filed for 3 years and is filed by the sales order number.
