Management and operation of the New England Workers' Compensation and Massachusetts Personal lines

Automobile programs. Delivered technical direction within a multi disciplinary regional claims team setting

involving claims, medical and legal professionals. Developed and implemented a company wide managed

care/utilization review services program for both Massachusetts Personal Auto and Workers’ Compensation

utilizing implementation of Best Practices while reducing loss ratios to 56%. These efforts also realized in
