Human Resources Director/ Facility Operations Sierra Forever Families (Non-Profit) Sacramento, CA 2009-present

. Manage all aspects of the human resource functions including

employment, compensation, benefits, risk management, employee

relations, and safety. Member of the Senior Leadership team

. Advise management on labor and other legal issues relative to
