Recruited to assure effective Quality Control efforts throughout the engineering cycle for storm water drainage systems throughout the DFW airport. Integral involvement in the business planning, technical engineering evaluations, budget development, and contract execution processes to determine needs and feasibility of the enterprise-wide project.
Managed project budgets and bidding, developed and oversaw scheduling and budget management including contracts and Capital Improvement Project funding.
* Manage the $3.5-million inspection and cleaning services contract for the fuel separators, storm drainage inlets and storm water treatment units. Completed on time and on budget.
* Project Manager for the rolling update of the five-year capital plan for the Fuel Separator, Storm Drainage Inlet and Storm Water treatment Units cleaning and services contracts.
* Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on storm water drainage systems for all new construction throughout DFW Airport. Collaborate with construction crews, architects, finance and scheduling.
* Organize annual Storm Water channel inspection and prepare observation plans. Verify the agreed work by contractors completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies.
* Participated in Trigg Lake Dam Breach Analysis and Response Plan development in response to inquiries by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) in regards to the security of the lake.
* Assure conformance to DFW Airport's Environmental Management System, Environmental Policy, Best Management and Good Housekeeping Practices.
* Interact with consultants, engineers, developers, contractors and other airport department staff in project budgeting and scheduling.

* Major technical lead designing a $5-million section of Phoenix Light Rail redesign, and responsible for relocating five miles of the storm water system in downtown Phoenix.
