Clearance

DoD Secret (WHS-DoD)

Summary Of Qualifications

As a professional Technical Writer I have been able to balance multiple

tasks of varying lengths and priorities both independently and as a member

of a team. I was able to demonstrate a track record of meeting strict

deadlines with simultaneous attention to quality and detail and I also have

experience with the Plain language Initiative (also called Plain English)

that was used to develop documentation for many different audiences that

was easy to read, understand, and use.

Project Spotlight

Functional Requirement documentation (FRD) was developed for developers at

General Services Administration (GSA), so they could migrate to SQL Server,

which allowed for stored procedures and additional capabilities, such as

handling more than 256 concurrent connections or databases larger than 4

gigabytes. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation at GSA was also

developed for all applications that were migrated, so testers could ensure

the same look and feel as they had in Lotus Domino and also to make changes

in a timely manner.
