• Provided logistical support for the launch of MSN Prime, MSN’s conversion from traditional lab based platform to an AZURE cloud based platform, including subscription and asset deployment and management, asset research and testing, and platform troubleshooting.
• Deployed and maintained proprietary diagnostics monitoring clusters, including MSN’s Elasticsearch solution.
• Trained and transitioned feature teams to a DevOps model. This included reviewing documentation, processes and procedures, attending weekly live site review meetings to provide feedback and removing any blocking issues faced by the feature team.
