Responsibilities – Engineering at Aqua Designs :

Working on instrumentation designing involving basic and detailed engineering for

EPC / Turnkey projects.

Preparation of field instrument Schedule like Flow, level, Pressure & Temperature Instruments,

Preparation of field instrument Data Sheet like Flow, level, Pressure & Temperature Instrument.

Preparation of Cable Schedule, Cable Tray routing and Instrument Junction Box Location & Hook

Preparation, PLC I/O List, check and review of PLC automation configuration diagram.

Close coordination with electrical dept. for study of Electrical drawings including UPS

Sizing, Panel GA, Internal Wiring, SLD, BOM, Overall Cable routing, motor datasheets

Close coordination with mechanical dept. for process related technical discussions like

control philosophy, Process parameters while instrument selection and reviewing of

process & instrumentation diagram .

Active interaction and working with client/consultant/vendor for technical issues.

Extending support for proposal works like preparation of Instrument drawings, Panel GA, BOM,
