• Responsible for driving end to end SW delivery of Online Banking and Global Payment Processing solutions.

• Led a global team of over 450 SW Eng, QA, PMs, and architects on/off shore across 20 countries.

• Built growth capacity program and scaled the Online Banking organization to 2X the size in 8 months resulting in

substantial revenue recognition.

• Led a large-scale transformation of an acquired organization leading to stability and growth through widespread

change of SW process, automation, quality, people, and management.
