process engineer (shift engineer) in Bhilosa Industries Pvt. Ltd. at

Naroli, Silvassa, D&N.H. from feb'2013.which is dealing in semidull and

bright chips and large amount POY, FDY and DTY yarns.

I worked in project of cp 2/3(500+150)t/d as a GET in bhilosa industries

pvt. Ltd at naroli, silvassa, D&NH from jan'12.

I am working jan'12 to till date with Bhilosa Industries Pvt. Ltd. at

Naroli, Silvassa as process engineer.

Bhilosa is a larger group of making textile grade chips. Its making

semidull and home bright chips.

Key Deliverables:

< Handled all the production work by allocating work to employees and by

supervising foremen, operators and maintenance staffs.

< DCS system YOKOGAWA for controlling process parameters.

< Pumps (centrifugal,screw vacuum & reciprocating types).

< Heat exchanger (shell and tube,plate and frame and colis types).

< Mixed flow reactor & plug flow reactor (of under pressure and vacuum

processing).

< Ejector system (EG driven type with 3 stages).

< Plant erection and commissioning of continuous polymerization.

< Pneumatic testing,hydro testing, calibration of tanks,helium leakage

test of vacuum system.

< Managed resources, manpower, equipments and inventories, etc. and ensured

efficient utilization of resources.

< Prepared log sheets, plant and production reports for higher authorities

like Production Manager, General Manager and Vice President using SAP.

< Periodic reviews of safety guidelines to make the work environment more

safe and secure.

< Handled DCS and field problems in our shift.

< Handled power failure,plant shutdown/startup and product change over

problems.

< Handled all types of additive master batchs prepration
