How do I find out that a new package is about to arrive?
You would be informed about all packages by e-mail. You would receive a tracking link for each incoming package. You would be
required to check your e-mail several times per day to be aware about arriving packages.
How do I check the status of incoming packages?
All US mail services have an automatic package tracking system on their websites. Your manager would be sending you links to
the tracking page of each package. After opening them, you would receive in-detail information about the package and it's
approximate arrival time.
How often should I check the tracking statuses?
Twice per day would be sufficient. You would always stay informed and won't miss a package.
What may cause packages to be delayed?
Severe weather conditions can affect the delivery times, you would usually be informed about such delays on the postal services
website.
What should I do once I received the package?
You are required to weigh the package or find it's weight on the attached shipping label. After that you are required to send in-
detail information about it. Send the information using the following form:

You would receive a prepaid label for the package after the information is processed by your manager.
What should I do with the Prepaid Label?
Prepaid labels need to be printed and carried to your local USPS office along with the package. You won't be required to pay any
additional fees to send the package. You will need an Acrobat Reader to work with Prepaid Labels. Simply download it @
www.adobe.com (absolutely free of charge).
What should I do after the package is sent?
Notify your manager by email.
How would I receive my salary?
You would be able to receive your payment by check (once per month) or by PayPal. Opening a PayPal account is easy and free,
you can contact your manager for further assistance.
What equipment is recommended for better efficiency?
Cell phone – to contact your manager.
Home computer – for receiving all work-related correspondence from home.
Printer – for printing the prepaid labels from home.
Scales – for measuring the package weight (unless it is already stated on the shipping label). Basic home scale would be fine.
Working scheme (step by step description – example of one package):
1. You have received the tracking #, checked the status of the package and approximate arrival date.
2. Received the package and informed our manager of the package’s actual weight.
3. Sent the information regarding the package’s weight and the tracking # linked to the package to your manager.
4. Received the “Prepaid Label” through the e-mail, printed it out and put it on the package.
5. Sent package out from your local post office.
Provided the confirmation that the package was actually sent out.
