cellular expansion of 36 sites. I managed

complete site build outs from ground up. I made

arrangements for lease of land and permits with

various municipal departments and private

parties. I managed the projects ensuring all

work was performed safe and efficiently in order

to meet set turn up dates.

trunks, test and turn-up T-1 circuits from the

LEC.
