I am in my third quarter in an Associates Degree program at ITT Technical Institute for Electrical Engineering

and also a graduating senior of 2014 at Momence High School. I am learning several special skills and

techniques in the classroom. I am in need of a stable job and work experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Shipping/Receiving/Sorting - JDC

Sears Holdings - Manteno, IL - November 2014 to December 2014

Responsibilities

Scanning items received into the building, sorting items into correct boxes, inventory, shipping items to stores,

moving pallets of stacked boxes onto trailers and also receiving boxed items from trailers.

Accomplishments

By working at a desired pace I was able to complete tasks in a reduced time period. While, also working extra

hours to complete heavy or difficult tasks.

Skills Used

Teamwork, reliability, responsiveness, consistency, leadership.

Palletizing

Elco Laboratories, Inc - University Park, IL - September 2014 to November 2014

Responsibilities

Stacking boxes onto a pallet in a particular pattern. Also, using a forklift to move and wrap the finished boxes.

Accomplishments

I learned the responsibility one needs to be a leader and how to properly finish tasks.

Skills Used

Operating manual forklift, working at a fast pace with a busy atmosphere, multitasking, wrapping finished

stacked boxes.
