Tracks the effectiveness of the implemented process improvements and wherever required corrective

actions to be initiated

Identify the training needs of self and subordinates

Provide the required support to the sub ordinates to train the new joiners and existing.

Handled technical and quality problems related to assembly, testing of equipment’s and resolve it by

giving corrective action for quality problems.

Synchronized the production subdivisions to produce a quality product at the lowest possible cost.

Checked out final product is as per the customer requirement or not. If any problem comes then take

necessary action with production tool i.e. CAPA, DEMIAC.

Responsible to ensure quality, quantity through stringent quality checks and regular quality

inspections

Submitted production report and taking Follow up for the productivity of production lines to ensure

best utilization of testers and other machines & fixtures.

To monitor & analyze the reason for rejection/ wastage/ rework & to initiate corrective and preventive

action for the same.
