ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling a team.

R&D interaction regarding technical specification during the launch of new project.

Co-ordinating with R&D during EVT and DVT to evaluate the project.

Submitting the reports on monthly and weekly basis.

Getting trained by R&D on new testing for different project.

Vendor communication for localization of test equipment based on the requirement.

Handling minor issues with the testers.

Train my team members on new testing for different projects.

Failure analysis for the samples failed during the testing on all stages.

Issuing FG clearance with ORT results and Out of Box Audit.

Coordinating for product safety related certification audits.

Maintaining and developing all levels of document, inspection plans and quality

performance trends for the process.

Quality standards - QMS, EMS

Enhance the process by applying continuous improvement and lean operations such as

cycle time in critical process of production.

Lean quality tools (FMEA, Pareto charts, Ishikawa diagram, 5S & 8D methodology)

Handling measurement system analysis tools such as calibration and gauge R&R.

Performing audits in terms of process control and ESD.

Preparing FMEA and QCP for the process
