Managed sales, operations, budgets, and P&L for all Indiana and Kentucky offices. Implemented
restructuring of compensation and bonus plans.
Regional Vice President - Ohio Valley Region (01/07 - 07/09)
Responsible for overseeing and managing 6 Main Districts Offices that included
15 satellite offices in 6 states. Opened and developed new office throughout the
Midwest region. At the same time, I was also responsible for managing and
increasing the training partners for Tradesmen’s Construction Craft Academy.
Developed managers for promotions throughout the company. Developed and
implemented sales and operational compensation plans, commission & bonus
structures. Created and lead sales and management training company wide for
District Manager training sessions. Full P&L responsibility and accountability for
the 85 million dollar Ohio Valley Region.

Responsible for driving core area performance at the district level in all offices &
satellite locations including Sales, Operations, Administration, Safety, and
Collections. Researched, identified and opened new office locations in
Columbus and Lafayette to facilitate growth and increase overall revenue for the
district. Full P&L responsibility and grew District from 14 to over 22 million in
sales while maintaining top safety record company wide.

Managed sales, operations, hiring, safety, workers ’ compensation, and un-
employment for Indianapolis office. Annual budgeting and monthly P&L
accountability, which grew office from 8 million to 14 million in sales.
