15 satellite offices in 6 states. Opened and developed new office throughout the

Midwest region. At the same time, I was also responsible for managing and

increasing the training partners for Tradesmen’s Construction Craft Academy.

implemented sales and operational compensation plans, commission & bonus

the 85 million dollar Ohio Valley Region.

Columbus and Lafayette to facilitate growth and increase overall revenue for the

sales while maintaining top safety record company wide.

Managed sales, operations, hiring, safety, workers ’ compensation, and un-

employment for Indianapolis office. Annual budgeting and monthly P&L

accountability, which grew office from 8 million to 14 million in sales.

Managed and trained new field reps to achieve company sales goals. Landed and

developed major accounts and trained field reps to develop continued vertical
