Executive for the Joliet Branch, moved quickly into the
Branch Management role for Lombard. Responsible for the
overall productivity of the branch office including sales,
recruiting and fulfilling temporary work orders. Managed
staff of four including Staffing Supervisors, Account
Executive and Direct Hire Recruiter. Processed payroll, P
& L for the branch, manage worker's compensation claims,
onboarding and training of new internal staff, mentoring
internal staff. Developed recruiting program for the
office resulting in higher volume of qualified candidates.
Branch Manager, Joliet, IL Transferred back to Joliet to
manage operations for the branch. Managed staff including
2 Staffing Supervisors, Account Executive and Onsite
Supervisor. Responsible for the overall productivity of

divisions: Accountable Financial Staffing, Right Permanent
Placement, OnSite Staffing Solutions and Right Temporaries.

division while overseeing the direction of the three other

Restructured permanent placement division to increase
productivity; as a result of its success, the division was
