Provided IT Administration to 145 users in two nations utilizing Google Apps
for Business, hosted VoIP telephony, and mobile infrastructure in a large Apple
environment. Performed upgrade from OSX 10.6.8 to 10.9.2. Reduced IT
expenditure by 40% in first 60 days. Repaired hardware in-house on Apple
products. Maintained a managed wireless infrastructure with Ruckus Wireless
tools, HP PoE switches, and Cisco Catalyst managed switches with VLANs for VoIP
prioritized traffic, and SonicWall firewalls for
IDS/Gateway/Anti-Malware/Anti-Spyware.
Senior Partner at Indiana Technologies Group, Valparaiso, IN August 2009 to
September 2013
Built a slim operating managed services firm in an economic downturn to help
businesses utilize their IT investment more efficiently. Utilized technologies
such as Calyptix firewalls, UniFi managed wireless services, Comcast Business
Services and Frontier Small Business, along with hosted PBX, hosted Microsoft
Exchange, and website design for e-commerce. Utilized a remote managed help
desk and network operations center to monitor IT operations to over 100 clients
with the use of Continuum and ConnectWise software. Performed day to day IT
operations, management role, dispatching of technicians, financial management,
PCI DSS/HIPAA/Sarbanes Oxley(SOX)/JCAHO compliance for requiring clients.
Handled national client issues regionally for companies such as Conway Freight,

Primary Account Technician at Golden Tech, Valparaiso, IN February 2008 to
August 2009
Worked as account manager for high volume SLA clients, being primary technical
response for clients and leading other primary techs to provide efficient
service to contracted customers. Provided project management to contracted
clients and ensured process flow to bring projects to fruition from inception.

for their organizations.
Desktop Analyst at Community Foundation of NWIN, Munster, IN October 2007 to
February 2008
Hired to assist staff with migration from Windows 2000 to Windows XP in
enterprise healthcare environment. Performed repairs on hardware (PCs, laptops,
HP printers, Lexmark printers) on an on-call, as-needed basis during downtime.
