Summary
As Senior Program Manager, I use my technical experience and communication skills to lead
new product development teams in the creation of products that generate a major portion of
the revenue and profit for our company. I encourage and guide the use of new and innovative
development methodologies to improve the quality and predictability of deliverables. From
requirements at concept phase to finished product and ongoing support, I manage the

address core and adjacent markets for the business.
Guide teams through internal new product development processes and
milestones, ensuring that milestone criteria for feature planning, schedule, and
budget are reviewed and approved by management committees.

and that any deviations are appropriately communicated.

Technical Publications manager for the product line, leading a team of eight
writers and illustrators in the creation of all levels of product documenation,
from SDK Manuals to User Guides and Service Manuals, including on-line
help.

documentation of the company’s innovative PC-based video post-production
software, as well as a complete line of videographics hardware and software.
