Directly reporting to the Project Manager and CHQ-MPE Quarry Manager.
Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly production and accomplishment
report that will provide sufficient information to Project Management Team and
the Corporate on the productivity of the project.
Compare operation’s productivity against the target set and agreed by the Project
management Team and Engineering and provide recommendations on ways to
improve the project’s overall output.
Prepare periodic report and production summaries as required by the Client.
Coordinate closely together with the Client’s Engineering Team regarding the
weekly and monthly production target.
Prepare Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly mine plans which will be presented to the
client.
Prepare billing statement for the production total material moved (raw materials).
Monitor and prepare billing for equipment rental.
